More Than Just IT Support
Hi, I'm James, Owner and Founder of DUX IT. I have been a Penrith Local for 30 years and have a passion for helping the community I live in.
HOW DID THE BUSINESS START?
After sharpening my tools by gaining certifications and working around Australia and USA on a number of different IT projects I realised that local businesses need reliable IT support professionals that can guide them through the challenges that come with managing IT systems when running a business. So I set out on a mission to help bridge that gap in my local community.
WHAT WE DO NOW?
DUX IT customers include Real Estates, Doctors Surgeries, Retail Showrooms, a number of home users, Asphalt Companies, the list goes on.... We provide a full suite of business products and services for everything your business needs to operate, including things like internet lines, phone lines, mobile phone plans and all types of hardware. The services we provide include Managed IT support, Website Design and Development, and Digital Signage Solutions.
WHERE DO WE COVER?
DUX IT is based in the Penrith and branch office in Port Macquarie - we support the greater western Sydney Region for onsite services including Onsite IT support and Aerial Drone Services. We support Australia wide for Web Design and Remote IT Support and Online Store or Subscriptions.
